Renton Industrial Trades for $6.5M
Industrial Property Trust, Inc. and Dividend Capital purchased the industrial building at 700 SW 34th St. in Renton, WA for approximately $6.49 million, or $157 per square foot, from Springbrook Creek Real Estate Holdings LLC.
Building in 2006, the 41,323-square-foot manufacturing facility sits on close to two acres in the Renton Industrial submarket. The seller signed a leaseback deal to continue occupying the building as Diamond Marketing Solutions.
Thad Mallory with Kidder Mathews represented the buyer in the sale.
