BELLEVUE - The Sweeney Conrad Building at 2606 116th Ave. N.E. has sold for $13.5 million, according to King County records.
The seller was Bellevue 2606 LLC, which acquired the property in 2008, also for $13.5 million.
The buyer was Pacific Cataract and Laser Institute, which is based in Chehalis and has locations in Alaska, the greater Pacific Northwest and New Mexico. PCLI doesn't currently operate out of the building, but does has a Bellevue clinic.
Developed in 2000 on almost two acres, the two-story office building has about 32,300 square feet. The property is northeast of the Interstate 405-state Route 520 interchange.
Jeff Chaney of Kidder Mathews represented the buyer.
