Water sports firm building new HQ

Kidder Mathews announced that Motion Water Sports has broken ground on a 135,000-square-foot headquarters in the Snoqualmie Ridge Business Park.

Motion Water Sports, currently based in Redmond, designs and manufactures water sports equipment.

The facility will have 21,000 square feet of office and research and development space, and provide a consolidated distribution and manufacturing site for the company's numerous water sports brands.

Panattoni Development is the developer. Lance Mueller is the architect and Panattoni Construction is the general contractor.

Kidder Mathers represented Motion Water Sports with the land purchase. Cushman & Wakefield represented the land owner, Puget Western.
