With over twenty-six years of experience as a real estate professional, Mary Kay specializes in tenant/landlord, investor and buyer/tenant representation of office, retail, industrial/flex, and biotech properties throughout San Diego County. Mary Kay’s main focus and market expertise is in San Diego County.
Mary Kay has extensive experience and relationships with city officials and government regulators in San Diego County and especially in the South Bay. She works closing with her clients to obtain entitlements, CUPs, development analysis and permitting.
Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Mary Kay was a principal with Lee & Associates
