Career Summary

Marty Church has over 35 years real estate industry experience as an appraiser, asset manager and broker. With his extensive experience representing tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers, he has a thorough understanding of all aspects of commercial real estate transactions.

Marty's experience includes 10 years at Grubb & Ellis Company, where he was a senior vice president specializing in office properties. Prior to G&E, he was regional vice president at Transpacific Development Company, managing building operations, leasing and sales for a portfolio comprised of 2 million square feet of office and retail space in Northern California, Arizona and Hawaii, including landmark SF Bay Area properties, Metro Center/Metro Tower in Foster City and Lake Merritt Plaza in Oakland. He was also a leading broker at Cushman & Wakefield, both in C&W's San Mateo and San Jose branches, for over 14 years.

Marty has received awards for San Mateo County "Broker of the Year" and San Francisco Business Times "Suburban Office Building Sale of the Year," and he is a U.S. Green Building Council LEED Accredited Professional.
