Christopher J. Corr

Christopher J. Corr is a partner of Kidder Mathews and a former member of its board of directors. Chris joined Kidder Mathews in 1986 as a property manager, managing over two million square feet of real estate. In his next two years, he assisted Jerome E. Mathews, Chairman, in the development and leasing of real estate throughout the region. Chris’ focus as a broker over the past 28 years has been sales and leasing of office and industrial properties in South King County. As a consistent top producer, Chris has completed over 1,700 transactions in his 30 year career.
In the year 2000, Chris was nominated as a finalist for the Washington Chapter Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) Broker of the Year, then was nominated again and won the award in 2001. He is frequently quoted in and writes for the Puget Sound Business Journal and Daily Journal of Commerce. On several occasions Chris has spoken on real estate trends at the NAIOP Forecast Breakfast.
Education / Boards
Chris has two degrees from the University of Washington, a Bachelor of Science degree in building construction and a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration. He graduated with honors. He is a former member of the Seattle University Board of Regents.
Chris is a member at the Seattle Tennis Club and Broadmoor Golf Club. He served as membership chair for both clubs. He also enjoys coaching youth basketball.
