Brian is a senior vice president and shareholder of Kidder Mathews and has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience. He brings a strong background in property management and development, as well as business ownership to the Kidder Mathews team.
Brian’s first hand knowledge of real estate from the ground up gives him a unique perspective in assisting companies with formulating their real estate strategies and executing complex transactions. His decades of comprehensive market knowledge add value and enhance his clients’ real estate decisions. Brian has assisted entities such as the United States of America, King County, Ball-Incon Glass Company, Providence Medical, Glenmont Capital, Laird Norton Properties, and Marriott Services Corporation with real estate and consulting services.
