James Lees is a senior vice president with Kidder Mathews and has over 35 years commercial real estate experience. His expertise and extensive market knowledge has led to more than 15.1 million square feet in office sale and lease transactions valued at over $5.5 billion.

His skills in investigation and analysis support clients in making insightful business decisions. James’ vision, creativity, relationship building, market knowledge and implementation of successful leasing and sales strategies employ multiple resources across a broad network. Additionally, he offers strong underwriting capabilities, including forecasting and trending for acquisitions, dispositions and debt restructure.

Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, James was a senior vice president with CBRE where he was awarded their most prestigious national honor, the McCarthy Award, and is a two-time member of the Colbert Coldwell Circle. He was named as 1 of the 5 Most Influential in San Francisco Peninsula Real Estate by the San Francisco Business Times.
