Career Summary

Thad began his real estate career in 2005 for Kidder Mathews in our Tukwila office. He has consistently been a top producer for the firm. He specializes in industrial and office leasing and sales in the Kent Valley, Pierce County, and South Seattle markets.

Education / Affiliations

Thad holds the SIOR designation from the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors. An SIOR designation is awarded to agents who have met stringent transactional and educational requirements, as well as meet the standards for reputation and integrity required by the Society. In 2012 and 2014 Thad was awarded the SIOR Industrial Broker of the Year, and has served as the Washington State SIOR Chapter President.

Thad completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Washington in 2002, and graduated Cum Laude from Seattle University School of Law in May 2005, with a primary focus in business law and real estate law.

Thad’s community involvement includes assistant coaching varsity football at Bellevue High School from 2001 – 2009.

Thad and his wife, Lisa, live in the suburbs of Seattle with their three sons.
