Bobbi S. Morrison

Bobbi Morrison is a senior property manager in Kidder Mathews’ regional office downtown Las Angeles, California. Bobbi manages a 2.5 million square foot industrial portfolio in the greater Los Angeles area. Bobbi is responsible for preparing monthly asset manager reports, tenant improvement coordination and oversight, landlord and tenant relations, leasing support and coordination, maintenance oversight, long term capital planning, maintaining client standards, and overall management of the assets in her care. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Bobbi was a senior vice president and general manager at Heger Industrial and has been in the commercial real estate industry since 1981 specializing in industrial assets in the Greater Los Angeles area.
