Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Joshua began his brokerage career in 2011 as an associate of a multifamily team at Hendricks and Partners, Hendricks-Berkadia, and Berkadia. Since 2014, he has been involved in over $80,000,000 in apartment and land transactions. He and his team best serve their clients’ needs through a collaborative effort that combines and maximizes all their skill sets whereby their clients are the greatest beneficiaries. He focuses on providing asset valuations and representing sellers for the disposition of their multifamily properties.
