Joel Shabel

Joel Shabel specializes in the lease and sale of professional and medical office as well as investment properties in the south Puget Sound market. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Joel worked with Colliers International, and during his tenure he was named the 2007 Rookie of the Year and was honored as a CoStar Power Broker.

Joel’s in-depth knowledge of the many facets of the commercial real estate business and his commitment and attention to detail are valuable assets when structuring and executing contract negotiations for his clients. He has established relationships and has worked closely with nationally rated real estate brokers and major development firms on many property transactions. Some of the national tenants he has represented include Multicare, Lab Corp, Netflix, and the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of Washington, as well as assisting local non-profits and medical tenants.
