Project Outline

Kidder Mathews' Project & Construction Management group managed the build-out of a new 30,000 square feet pharmaceutical research lab and offices in a shell condition building. The project had tight time constraints and a very exhaustive paperwork trail involving lien releases and bill backs to the property ownership from the tenant. Unique to the project were the full height glass walls throughout that provided a clean and simplistic look.

Results

The project was delivered on time and under budget, even taking into account material delays from the glass wall vendor. Tenant was able to move in one month early.
